Who we are

Foundroo is a university-scoped Final Year Project hub for Pakistani students, available at foundroo.app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in, including name, email, and profile photo.
• University affiliation, department, skills, and the FYP projects you publish.
• Messages you send to other students on Foundroo.
• Waitlist emails if you join from the landing page without creating an account.

How we use it

We use this information to run your campus hub, show you projects from your own university, match collaborators, and send product updates you asked for. We do not sell student data.

University isolation

Project documentation and student profiles are limited to people verified on the same campus. Students at other universities cannot browse your hub.

Sharing

We use trusted processors to host the app and send email (including authentication and waitlist mail). They only handle data to provide those services.

Your choices

You can update your profile in settings and sign out at any time. To delete your account or ask a privacy question, email us from the address on your Foundroo account.
